Shantal has been managing tradeshows, conferences, road shows and other high-tech marketing programs since 1999, both nationally and abroad. With a high level of professionalism and expertise in logistics, vendor management, and budget management, she brings extensive event experience to SH Worldwide and her clients.
Recently, she has managed executive programs including the annual Microsoft Health Plan Executive Forums, the Microsoft Global CIO Summit and the Microsoft Global Accounts Summit.
Prior to joining SH Worldwide, Shantal was one of the longest tenured event managers at Wellstream Events managing some of Microsoft’s largest programs such as the Company Meeting, the Government Leaders Summit, TechFest, Windows Driver Development Conference, the Microsoft Global Exchange (MGX), and Windows Hardware Engineering Conference (WinHEC). She also managed a full year road show program where she developed an event logistics manual to train contractors and local temporary support in over 88 cities.
Early on in her career, Shantal was a project manager at Janet Church & Associates where she managed logistics for a variety of Microsoft events including Microsoft’s N+I tradeshow booth (Spring & Fall 2000) and the Microsoft Equal Access Benefit concert during Fall COMDEX 2000. Prior to Janet Church & Associates, she developed her love of events while working for SEAFAIR where she coordinated Seattle’s annual SEAFAIR Spring PCS Torchlight Run.
