Simple Process:

Build Online Event RFP - Working with our client, we create a comprehensive RFP (request for proposal) detailing sleeping rooms, meeting space and other critical needs.
Invite Hotels to Bid Online - Utilizing our Site Research Tool, we search our database of thousands of hotels worldwide and invite the ones that fit the search criteria to submit a proposal.
Detailed Site Report - After collecting bid information, our Site Sesearch Team prepares a comprehensive report providing all of the necessary information to narrow down the choices.
Contract Negotiation - We put years of contract negotiation to work to make sure our clients get the most favorable terms and clauses possible and review the final contract using a 60 point checklist to ensure accuracy.

Throughout this entire process our clients stay informed and in control. Each of our clients has the ability to login to our online Site Research Tool and see the progress on every one of their events. They call the shots and we execute on their direction.
