Global Leadership Conference

Scope of Work:
Starbucks Global Leadership Conference is the highest profile, most anticipated Starbucks internal event and has been recognized as playing a big part in Starbucks continued success.  Seattle Hospitality was selected to provide ground transportation for the 6,500 Starbucks partners attending this conference.

Program Highlights:

  • Provided Airport Meet and Greet Services for 5,000 domestic and international partners.
  • Designed an effective shuttle system to transfer 6,500 Starbucks partners between 29 hotels and the WSCTC and Key Arena.
  • Upon conclusion of the general session, 6,500 guests were ready to depart at the same time.  SHS designed and executed a system that had every guest en route to their prospective hotel within 27 minutes.
  • SHS created a plan for the management and cross utilization of up to 90+ motorcoaches per day. 
  • For a special Starbucks signature departure, each of the 40+ motorcoaches made a stop at the Starbucks corporate headquarters where they were greeted with a box meal (breakfast or lunch depending on the time of day).
