Incentive Trip

Scope of Work:
A large national bank in South Africa wanted to reward the winners of a long and arduous customer service contest with a trip. They would visit three cities:  London, New York and Seattle and wanted the winners to experience exceptional customer service at all stages, while absorbing the feel of the local people, flavors, sights and sounds in each city.

Program Highlights:

  • SHS created an itinerary with a perfect blend of traditional tourist places, local culture and a few surprises along the way including behind the scenes tours of Seattle corporations known for their customer service including Nordstrom and Starbucks.

The Result:

The feedback was tremendous.
The group unanimously decided that Seattle was their favorite destination of their three city trip.  It was fun, friendly and the diversity of the program really showed off Seattle
