Post Conference Alaska Cruise

Scope of Work:
International College of Dentists sought to add an original element to highlight the uniqueness of this destination, create a level of excitement and provide a teambuilding, networking opportunity.  SHS designed a custom tour program followed by post conference 7-Day Alaska Cruise.

Program Highlights:

• SHS created and produced marketing collateral material to insert in registration packets.
• Prior to embarkation, SHS organized a pre cruise meeting at the conference hotel for all cruise guests to meet their fellow travelers’, learn more about the cruise and to receive their complimentary Bon Voyage Gift.
• Guests received Seattle Hospitality’s signature cruise transfers which resulted in an efficient, convenient and stress-free experience.
• SHS arranged a cocktail party, exclusively for ICD’s guests, on board the ship and provided complimentary custom invitations.

The Result:
"We will never be able to top this meeting.  People had smiles all week, made positive statements to me all week and quite frankly, did not want to go home.  And then, we topped it off with the Alaska Cruise which was truly a once in a lifetime experience.
